Странную вы хрень тут толкаете. Станьте клиентом, и тогда что-то и требуйте. Ресселеры для того и нужны, чтобы из-за всякой мелочи не поднимать свою заднюю точку.

ARIN will be deploying a new web-based Internet Routing Registry (IRR) on 10 June 2020. Our records indicate you recently downloaded current IRR data via ARIN's FTP site. Please be advised that when IRR-online is deployed, significant changes will be made to the process used to retrieve data.
The current single IRR data source (ARIN) will be divided into two new sources:
ARIN - contains all validated IRR objects
ARIN-NONAUTH: contains all unvalidated IRR objects
Validation means that the object has been confirmed as being published by an authorized organization and meets all of ARIN's business requirements, such as being maintained under a signed Registration Services Agreement (RSA).
