thank you, i have seen them, but this is i cant say it is 100 true, i see this modem locked on other simcard too.
also some one who said we can unlock it, i dont know which one i must trust.

unlocking with DC Unloker is unlikely anyway, and as is often the case with Huawei, a firmware is required to modify the firmware.
