Violent public-urinating negro assaults Dutch man

Video footage has been released by the man who was assaulted yesterday by a violent public-urinating negro. You can see the man honking his horn at the negro in question, before the negro turns violent. The negro and his friends later chase him by car and assault him.

The incident occurred in Rotterdam, in the exit of the parking area "Kortebrantstraat" near the Admiraal de Ruyterweg. The violent assault later in the video occurs near Barbershop Taurus, also on the Admiraal de Ruyterweg.
