Guys Need a help.

We are facing an issue to send SCOM alert notification through linux mail server.We have a linux mail server and use authentication mode (SMTP port 587) for
SMTP communication. We have also try to send mail to external email authentication but not succeed. Please have the detail is bellow-

OS version : Windows Server 2016
SCOM App version: SCOM 2016 ( 2 management server)
DB Version : SQL 2016
Email Server: Linux based email server
E-mail communication mode : Authenticated mode
SMTP port : 587

We have also perform the below task
1. Create a Run As Account
2. Create a Run As Profile
3. Create a Channel
4. Create a Subscriber
5. Create a Subscription

We have also used SMTP Relay Tool & telnet and notice that server was able to send email to internal as well as external email address but SCOM APPLICATION is not triggering

You can try to use CMD chanell for test smtp relay (send notification to external user).
Do is possible create external addresses as contact in address book? I think it is smtp relay configuration problem.

I have send mail by telnet from SCOM servers. Also by relay tool
