I will share very exiting matter here. @supahotfire gives some idea to me for better antutu score on Los. Then I have tested with omni ROM with extreme revolt 2. This method will adaptable for all custom ROMs with stock or custom kernels.

Custom  ROMs + custom or stock kernel :

Test 1 :
With stock/custom kernel + thermal mod + with e10-india.conf =  192699

Test 2 :
With stock/custom kernel + thermal mod + without e10-india.conf =  299006

Test 3 :
With custom kernel + thermal mod + without e10-india.conf + fsync disabled  =  309175

Test 4 :
With stock/custom kernel + without thermal mod + without e10-india.conf =  213910

Note:
All the testes done on same circumstances and no back ground process and after reboots.

Now custom ROMs rocks on antutu score😍👍
