Twisted Kernel 7.4 B595:
- Linux 4.9.198
- Reverted LOS upstream (caused issues on some roms)
- NVT driver optimisations
- Removed Boeffla wakelock blocker (I did some testing and found this actually increases idle drain)

Note for Poco users:
Some Poco users have touch issues with the latest NVT drivers, this is why different variants are provided. Use NVT 9.5.6 if you don't have touch issues on stock kernel. All F1 variants have FTS drivers from MIUI 9.6.20.

Обновление Twisted Kernel v7.4

Изменения:
- Обновлено до Linux v4.9.198
- Reverted обновления от LOS (вызвали проблемы на некоторых прошивках)
- Оптимизация драйверов NVT
- Удален Boeffla wakelock blocker (я провел некоторое тестирование и обнаружил, что это на самом деле увеличивает расход idle drain)
