This steps is passed while building the images, but when i check this path "/usr/bin/fluxbox" it was missing

there are only fluxbox config files, please check where fluxbox is installed

why are you guys not providing android image build using centos?

we mainly working with ubuntu, we do not have much experience with centos

xvfb-run uses "which" command to do some processing and centos does not have this package installed by default. After installing the which package, the error of Wating x Server is resolved

На старом селениуме не было никаких проблем, на 3.14 категорично ругается на какие-то не известные сертификаты

yes, but you can check by adding -e ENABLE_VNC=true flag to docker run command and then connect to VNC port 5900 with any VNC client and password selenoid
