ACCOUNTABILITIES:
📌Use store-by-store analysis to drive on-shelf availability (OSA) across PepsiCo categories to minimize missed sales;
📌Support the client's supply chain by providing day to day support for our portfolio within their systems (if available): orders and stock management. Logistics parameters alignment, including correct Master Data in Customer Systems, listing/delisting regular matrix update;
📌Drive Forecast Accuracy Improvement, through the client's/ PepsiCo Collaborative Planning Forecasting and Replenishment (CPFR) process establishment and development/ tools to manage flawless execution of all NPD and seasonal events;
📌Lead the client's/ PepsiCo collaborative End-to-End stock /cost optimization projects;
📌Maintain the relationship with the client's teams to fully exploit our position as category captains, eg:
🔹Ensure good communication between the various parties from the client's store through to PepsiCo Supply Chain teams, making and updating plans/suggestions in a timely, effective manner.
🔹Ensure all supply chain data between the client / PepsiCo are continually aligned to minimize errors within the order management process
REQUIREMENTS:
📌Experience in Big Data Analysis, Data Science and/or Engineering from 2 years; Supply chain management is an advantage;
📌Knowledge of analytical tools (SQL, Power BI, Power Query, DAX, Olap cubes, Dashboards, Python, Pytest);
📌Demonstrates customer-facing skills/understanding because collaboration is a key here;
📌Strong analytical skills, and a keen eye for detail to prevent OSA issues from arising;
📌Strong initiative and action-orientation to problem-solve availability issues as they arise;
📌Good negotiation and influencing skills with demonstrated cross-functional / flexible approach since will be working with a vast range of levels in Head Offices, Stores and DCs;
📌Integrity since individual will often need to stand up for own point of view in face of strong contrary opinion;
📌Overall appreciation / awareness of Fast Moving Consumer Goods with a supply chain / customer service acumen;
📌Clearly and productively communicates ideas, plans and priorities to others in a commercially sensitive manner, has good presentation skills;
