I want to share my internet connection from my phone to my pc, but to save data I need to block all the processes, less those that allows sharing

I currently using netguard, an app to block apps cellular data usage, but when I activate it stop sharing the internet to my pc

when I deactivate netguard the cellular data goes like water
It is normal process. I use mobile inet to share internet to my son's and daughter's pc. About 2 hours a day Google meet is 2-3 gb traffic from my phone.
