Is there any way to enforce though? Will police find out if some supermarket sells beer after 11?
There is a separate barcode on govt marks on alcohol and tobacco production, and you cannot scan it. So, yes, it's strictly enforced. The only workaround is to buy beer at bar and ask not to open the bottle, but price is not the same as in store ofc
