Position Title: Customer Support Representative – ICO Support

CashBet is issuing the CashBet Coin (CBC) token to solve the major problems in iGaming and crypto casino operations today: speed, trust, cost, access, and content. The presale will be from January 24 – February 20, 2018. The public sale will commence March 20, 2018 and last until April 27, 2018 or until the hard cap is reached.
Position Overview:
We are looking for professional, temporary contractors to join our ICO support team from January 24, 2017 – May 30, 2018. Team members will be paid a prorated amount of $2,500 USD monthly for 40 hours of work per week. A bonus of 5,000 CBC tokens will be paid for those persons who can work greater than 90 days.

coin.cashbet.com. This is an individual contributor role with expectations of high productivity. The ICO Customer Service Representative (ICO CSR) will act as the first line of contact between CashBet and token purchasers. The CSR must act professionally during all interactions with our, sometimes rude and demanding, customers. You will be responsible for monitoring and responding to requests on our Telegram, Facebook, Twitter, and other social media points of contact.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills in English and preferably other language(s). He or she will be expected to come up to speed quickly on the CashBet ICO. The ability to work independently and be self-motivated are must-haves.
The Customer Support Representative is expected to:
• Respond to customers in a warm, polite, and timely manner, no matter how rude they are
• Ascertain problems or reason for contacting customer service
• Resolve questions and complaints via email, Telegram, social media and forums in a timely manner, consistent with defined SLAs
• Thoroughly document ALL interactions with players
• Assist with the improvement of customer service materials such as FAQs and email templates
• Escalate issues that cannot be individually resolved to the Support Manager
• Be extremely organized and fully briefed within their realm of responsibility
• Attend all mandatory training sessions and become knowledgeable of the CashBet ICO
• Work independently or as part of a team when necessary, but always productively
Required experience and knowledge
• Employees should not have a problem with gambling or gambling businesses.
• ALL employees must be 18 years or older
• Because of the nature of the business, prior criminal convictions will disqualify you from employment.
• No specific prior experience is required
• MUST HAVE Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• MUST HAVE Excellent typing skills
• MUST HAVE Social Media, primarily Telegram, Twitter, and Facebook experience; Forum experience a plus
• MUST be able to RTFM.
• Written communication skills in a second language are a plus
• Prior experience in customer service is a plus
• Excellent teamwork skills and great attitude
• Prior ICO support experience is a plus
