Из Форталезы вообще только через Сан-Паулу или Рио на практике можно. Не вижу ограничений Египта на въезд из Бразилии.
Egypt (EG)
Passport required.
- Passports and other documents accepted for entry must be
valid for a minimum of 6 months from the arrival date.

- Nationals of Brazil with an emergency passport.
Visa required, except for Passengers with a normal, emergency
or temporary passport if traveling as tourists and arriving at
Sharm El Sheik (SSH), Saint Catherine (SKV) or Taba (TCP)
airports and remaining in the Sinai resorts for a maximum stay
of 15 days.

Visa Issuance:
Visa required, except for Nationals of Brazil with a normal
passport can obtain a visa on arrival for a maximum stay of 30
days. They can apply to extend their stay.
Visa required, except for Nationals of Brazil with an
emergency passport can obtain a visa on arrival for a maximum
stay of 30 days. They can apply to extend their stay.
Minors:
- Minors aged less than 16 years do not need a separate
passport if they are registered in passport of a parent or a
guardian that does not contain a machine-readable zone.
Warning:
- A completed "Public Health Card" must be presented to
immigration upon arrival.
- Passengers arriving from Brazil must have a printed medical
certificate with a negative Coronavirus (COVID-19) RT-PCR
test result. The test must have been taken at most 96 hours
before departure of the last direct flight to Egypt. The
test must be based on a nasal or oral swab. The certificate
must have a stamp of the issuing laboratory.
- This does not apply to passengers younger than 6 years.
- Passengers arriving directly at Hurghada (HRG), Marsa Alam
(RMF), Sharm El Sheikh (SSH) or Taba (TCP) without a printed
negative Coronavirus (COVID-19) PCR test result are subject
to a PCR test on arrival at their own expense.
