Привет! Я правильно понимаю,что исходя из последнего опубликованного документа,у иностранцев,у которых виза истекает после 20.03 могут рассчитывать на продление до 16.09 без штрафов и т.д.

Не продление, а отсутствие штрафа за продление или пребывание

такого в портарии не написано

А если ввести чужой, разве потом спокойно посадят на рейс?

Из Форталезы вообще только через Сан-Паулу или Рио на практике можно. Не вижу ограничений Египта на въезд из Бразилии.
