I am here to ask BTC Alpha officials about the problem what I have with Your exchange. I had around 5 Monero coins (XMR) on my account (cca 400USD), and one day You decide to delist Monero! I did not withdraw it in given period, becuase I did not know that You delist it. I had a full confidence in my BTC Alpha account and I did not check news from Your exchane every week. It is Monero, not some small coin. Now Your support refuse to find the way to give me my Monero coins back. Where is my coins? disappeared? I do not think so. You are a reputable exchange, and it is not fair to hijack users money. I hope that You will find solutions to give me back my Monero coins.
Othervise, how can I be sure in Your exchange?
