Answer to that question was already provided earlier. If you want to get USD, you should deposit USD by using payment systems (AdvCash, NixMoney, Perfect Money or Payeer), then you can use it to trade in any USD pair. Also you can deposit any other crypto and trade it for USD as well.

But why cant I just trade Eth for USD on the platform?
