Well.
As I wrote earlier, I've invested approx. 27 BTC of my personal funds into CLO as listing fees and other expenses at the very beginning of this project.
It was agreed to compensate these funds with Treasury fund when there will be the opportunity to do so.
Then it turns that CLO lacks liquidity and it is just impossible to sell those quantities of CLO at the market without hurting the price. Even bots do not help much. As the result, I've decided to exchange CLO for BTC with some private parties. That way, I could get (some of) my investments back without hurting the market.
I decided to get a part of my investment back at that moment because a lot of time passed since I spent it on listing fees. I had an agreement to withdraw the described amount of CLO (11,4M) at a certain date when it was worth 94 sat. I see it as a kind of "futures" contract. Yohan asked me to postpone the transaction because there was a reorganization of our financial report at that time. This is what I did and why.
Anyways, it is not accurate to say that "I withdrew 11,4M CLO at 94sat price when it was 200 thus I withdrew 20 BTC in fact". (1) I can't just take this CLO and turn them into 20 BTC or even 11 BTC. There was not enough liquidity. I will be in a loss if I will accept them at the market price, thus it can not be a "compensation" of my investments. (2) At the moment of the agreement, the price was relevant. I've not withdrawn it by the lowest price of the market, I've just withdrawn it to make a deal with some private party that could provide me 11 BTC in exchange without hurting the whole CLO market.
In addition - I've stopped selling CLO to compensate the remaining 22 BTC that I spent on listing fees.
I'd like to withdraw a half of it in CLO equivalent. At the current price rate of 1 CLO = 0,00000096 BTC it will be 11458333,33 CLO
We have 80M in Treasury so I don't think that it will hurt our financial state. Do you have any objections?
What is the date for me to make the withdrawal?
next friday. Oct 12th
(This is despite the fact that 1 BTC was way higher when I spent 27 for CLO)
