1 Salary or accountable funds are sent to a special smart contract with the address of the recipient
2 Reporting
2.1 In the case of regular payments, the recipient publishes a report on the work done and the financial report for the previous payment
2.2 In the case of one-time payments for receiving the first part (advance), the technical task is published, and for full payment, a report on the work done and a financial report for the payment are published.
3 Two proxies from the team and from the community confirm the completeness and correctness of the submitted reports (by sending a transaction from special wallets)
4 Salary goes to the address of the recipient (or one round of cold staking and after that with a percentage to the recipient).

2.1 В случае регулярных выплат Получатель публикует отчёт о проделанной работе и затратах за предыдущую выплату
2.2 В случае разовых выплат для получения первой части (аванса) публикуется техническое задание, а для полной оплаты публикуется отчёт о проделанной работе и затратах.
3 Два доверенных лица от команды и от сообщества подтверждают полноту и корректность предоставленных отчётов (с помощью размещения транзакции со специально заведённых для этого кошельков)
4 Зарплата уходит на адрес получателя (или на один раунд cold staking и после этого с процентом получателю).
