У меня как то было похожее с мускулем, он тормозит из за запросов резолва к тормознутому DNS, отключил разолвинг и все норм стало, может с постгресом по аналогии

я обновлял, сервер на организацию из 8 человек, почтовик (dovecot + haraka) +  nfs + gitolite + docker swarm + openvpn
после обновления с 8-ки на стрим внезапно перестал глючить systemd-resolved

с учетом что Stream представили вместе с CentOs 8, ещё в 2019 году, то скачать и поставить можно было его и сразу
Просто цель и позиционирование у него изначально были такими какими и остались, а вот CentOS8 изначально заявлялась что будет жить столько же сколько  и RHEL8
но год спустя всё поменялось

Нет, у стрима тоже должны немного поменять политику. Сейчас это эксперимент по непрерывной доставке апдейтов centos 8, которым занимаются два человека, а в планах у проекта сделать его платформой для интеграции с разработкой rhel. Там внутри многое поменяться должно. Потом я бы пока что не бежал сломя голову переключаться на centos stream в ближайшие несколько месяцев.

Коллеги, что-то ни вкакую не хочет работать dnf с proxy. Никто не сталкивался? поcтоянно ошибка 407

у меня вообще вопрос возник когда я дамп снимал. 0 packets captured by filter и 10 packets received by filter. вот что это за 10 пакетов для centos

а прокси как предоставляете?

в файле /etc/dnf/dnf.conf прописал

3 строки: proxy, proxy_user, proxy_password

точнее proxy_username

407 это разве не ошибка авторизации?

она самая, значит как-то неверно переданы логин с паролем. возможно сто ошибся в синтаксисе или не там указал. встречал такое в дэбиане, ему спецсимволы надо указывать в кодах
