ну вообще то наблюдая за строительством столь многих кондо и т.п. в последние несколько лет - возникали мысли о том что похоже тайцев ничему не учат жестокие уроки Том Ям Кунг кризиса (1997-98г), который вот так же начинался. и появлялись невольные тревоги что в этот раз если (а точнее пожалуй - когда) шандарахнет - то покруче чем тогда будет.
но видать хоть кто-то из правительства (или из BOI) призадумался и предпринял попытки "смягчить" неизбежное (в т.ч. в этой вот форме "купи и не продавай 5 лет"). хотя скорее всего это лишь капля в море (а ля "подуть на ваву" 🤣), даже если и найдутся те кто поведётся на эту замануху и даже если их будет достаточно чтобы скупить все понастроенные кондо ...
