An update to Residence Certificates now not possible to get from Immigration (check for changes to policy daily and purpose of this document. this relates specifically to Land Transport related usage.)
I wanted a new motorcy from Honda and they called Koh Chang District office to see if they could issue an address certification so I could register the motorcy in my name. They told me to go to the Office with witness, house registration copy and house owner ID Card signed. I and a friend went at 14:00 and the process started at 14:00, an interview, inspection of documents and 2 witness (with ID card, over 20 years old) declarations. The process finished at about 16:30. We took away letters verifying our details and purposes for the address verification letters. Honda accepted the document. I will let you all know if registration in my name (takes time) completes with the letter I gave Honda.

Может поменялось что то, я просто у иностранца машину покупал в 2019 - residence certificate для продажи не просили.
