На домашнем однонодовый кубер и ci/cd. На триалке AWS тоже немалому можно научиться. И практика конечно важна, но многие админы кубера и AWS очень много элементарных вещей не знают, которые есть в доках - достаточно просто прочитать

As a Senior DevOps you will:
Design and implement the infrastructure native cloud environment
Automate configuration management and deployment systems
Investigate and solve development and production issues
Build, scale and optimize critical production systems
Required experience
* Practical experience in Kubernetes container orchestration - including both Kubernetes deployment management, and application management on top of Kubernetes is must have
* Strong working knowledge of DevOps toolset (Ansible is our top choice)
* Strong Python, or Java experience for automation needs
* Cloud technologies and services
* Provisioning and operating databases - MongoDB, couchdb
* Experience working with Kafka
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Able to work independently and plan your own solutions to problems.
Minimum Qualifications
* 4+ years of experience
* Experience with AWS and/or Azure
Passionate about DevOps
* Knowledge of Linux and Windows. Certifications is a plus
* Experience with common software development tools, such as: Git, Jira, CI/CD tools, etc.
* Practical experience designing and managing network architecture of the solutions.

с кубером проще, его ручками можно поставить на несколько виртуалок, у меня стоит, тыкаю его иногда
