The Platform Engineering Team is central to Twilio's continuous growth! Twilio is a cloud communications platform as a service company with HQ in San Francisco. Twilio allows software developers to programmatically make and receive phone calls, send and receive text messages, and perform other communication functions using its web service APIs.

Who?
Our candidate:
– Knows how to build services on a high scale
– Has a very strong understanding of REST APIs
– Comfortable with at least 2 languages out of Scala/Java, Python, Go, C#
– Has hands-on experience with SQL/NoSQL databases and caches
– DevOps/SRE and/or Cloud experience would be a plus :)
– Has strong expertise in troubleshooting complex production issues
– Has good english skills

Мы ищем специалистов для развития цифровой платформы (аналог Amazon, Azure).

Что вы будете делать:
• Автоматизировать и поддерживать автоматические процессы установки и конфигурирования системного и прикладного ПО
• Заниматься написанием скриптов развертывания и скриптов на раздачу прав для нескольких систем. (Ansible, Bash, Maven и другие)
• Проведить анализ работы конфигураторов, выполнение R&D
• Поддерживать CI/CD процессов для микроcервисов
• Сопровождать сервисы
• Участвовать в рабочих группах для проведения анализа и выбора решения по применению практик DevOps на проектах.
Хотим, чтобы у вас был опыт:
• Опыт администирования Linux от 3-х лет (поддержка prod)
• Автоматизация рутинных задач (bash, python)
• Опыт работы с Ansible
• Опыт разворачивания инструментов мониторинга: Prometheus, Grafana, Zabbix или аналоги
• Опыт настройки CI/CD (Jenkins, Gitlab, Bitbucket)
• Контейнеризация (docker) и оркестрация (Kubernetes, OpenShift)
• ELK

Project for one of the global investment management firm founded in 1989 that manages approximately $35.4 billion in assets as of April 1, 2018. Teams work collaboratively to drive the production of trading algorithms and financial strategies - the foundation of a sustainable, global trading platform.

To enable and control trading teams, we seeking leading talent to evolve and scale offerings.

Responsibilities:
- Support and manage infrastructure estate
- Resolve infrastructure-related issues involving and instructing datacenter support engineers when needed (disk drives, RAM, CPU, network cards, motherboards)
- Monitoring the infrastructure (network issues, disk space, CPU load and usage, etc,)
- Managing Kubernetes cluster
- Develop, maintain and test salt codebase used for configuring and building hardware hosts
- Automating infrastructure management routines (incl. scripting on Python, bash)
- Setting up appropriate CI/CD pipelines in Gitlab and dashboards/alert managers for the end users

Must have:
∙ Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience
∙ Experience in system administration (Linux)
∙ Good Linux internals knowledge
∙ Solid scripting skills (Bash, Python)
∙ Bare-metal hosts provisioning automation experience
∙ Experience with Git version control system
∙ An appetite for process re-engineering and automation
