Есть меню. И обыкновенное и мегаменю с дополнительным содержимым типа карт, форм и прочего, а также меню, которое открывается в оверлее — тоже есть.

Most likely, it will be easier for you to make an arbitrary block with the fields you need, then you can do everything there. Refer to @mihdan he probably can help
