I don't know but I think that appleALC doesn't have the codec for ISST? cause from linux dump i saw that my digital mic only is used by ISST and not from the realtek codec

it seems like you have Conexant codec, not Realtek

hmm. I had the same codec in my laptop. And everything worked just fine with 3 and 15 layouts.
Have you tried VoodooHDA? Only for testing

i tried every layouts. if you want I have also the codec dump from linux that shows that there isn't the mic. i have a friend with the same codec but with a sub device id different. on windows my microphon is used bu intel SST and not from realtek

yes i tried it anyway

it's a common digital microphone used by the intel sst and not from the realtek and so there isn't a way to make it work on applealc i think... but on linux that guys have found a solution. I think that there is a way to implement it on the codec
