Hello team! so here are all the details as I heard them from colleague - yesterday his wife was arrested in AH in bijlmer area for "stealing" yogurt drink while she claims that she forgot to scan it and she spent the whole day in the police office and now she is facing criminal record and a fine. She is not of "stealing" profile so no reasons not to be believe her, so I'm just questioning myself if convenience of a self service device worth having a criminal record (and I'm using these things weekly LOTS of times) and I'm wondering what's the policy if honest "forgetting" thing happens .
