в пакетиках какой-то невозможный треш, а рассыпного почти нет

Всем привет.
Мы освобождаем квартиру на Chicagostraat 96, Almere. Около 2 мин пешком до станции Almere Buiten. Дата выезда/въезда: 01.02.2020. Площадь 125м2, 3 спальни, второй (3й от земли) этаж. Сдается коропорацией, цена: 950 евро/мес включая коммунальные. Новый тенант должен будет купить ламинат на полу, оставленный предидущими жильцами (что мы так же сделали в свое время 6 мес назад). Все в хорошем состоянии. Квартира очень светлая и большая, удобно расположена возле множества магазинов и кафе. Есть платная парковка по отдельной договоренности. Мы съзежаем, потому что купили дом.

у меня был шаблон, как сказать эйчару/релокационщику, что организация говнюки, потому что не дают релокационный пакет, вроде тут чатянам понравился.

Thanks for the info. Relocation costs a couple of thousand euros at least, most of it being the accommodation deposit (usually it's the rent for 2 months at once, as far as I am informed). The tax ruling will give me plus XX euros each month, if I imagine it correctly. So in the end, it will indeed cover the relocation costs, but it will only happen after several months, whereas I will need that couple of thousand euros right away upon my arrival in NL. And, I guess, no bank in the Netherlands will give me such a loan before I come to the country (please correct me if I'm wrong here, I would be happy to hear the opposite). To give you an idea how much 2000 euros is for me and my family, I now reside in a country where the median salary is less than 500 euros netto per month. So moving to the Netherlands is going to be tough for me without a relocation package.
So, if the relocation package is impossible to arrange now for me, I would certainly ask you to try to give it to the future workers coming from abroad out of compassion to them.

Мы вообще сначала гоняли. А потом обнаружили, как они модно заматывают мух, залетных жуков и самое жуткое – вот этих повсеместных zilvervisjes – то перестали их вообще трогать

только письменно и пока только по-английски, русски и немного по-немецки. Голландский ещё предстоит. Телефонных звонков стремаюсь на любых языках, кроме русского. А так не против)
