Так вы на просто описывайте проблему - если дежурный не помогает, требуйте имя, звание и позвать старшего. Апелируйте тем, что у вас от этих звонков болит душа/сердце, вы опасаетесь да сохранность своего здоровья имсущества и требуйте принять заявление. Так же как и везде, они обязаны проверить каждое заявление. И у всех есть кто-то повыше

Та нет, мы же все онлайн делаем для деклараций через налоговую прогу, так что проблем нету. Это для отсрочки нужно к почтовому ящику сходить нашему сотруднику
