Summary
The plans that were announced earlier in the month can largely go ahead.
June 1st:
- Restaurants, cafes, cinemas can reopen. Restaurants and cafes can have 30 people indoor, but as many as they can seat outside. Customers will be screened on entry. 1.5M rule in effect outside and inside. Clubs, discotheques and dance cafes will stay closed.
- Museums will reopen as well, but all tickets must be sold online and only 30 people are allowed inside at a time.
- On June 2nd, High schools will fully reopen, 1.5M rule in effect. Pupils should cycle or walk to school as much as possible, and avoid public transportation for workers.
- Masks will be required for public transpotation. If you do not wear a mask, you risk a 95€ fine.
- Most elderly care homes and nursing homes will re-open for 1 visitor per patient. Some will open on May 25th, and some will stay closed until June 15th.
June 8th:
- Primary schools will fully reopen, as long as the partial reopening that is in effect now does not provide an uptick in cases.
June 15th:
- Trade schools can reopen, and start teaching practical skills again.
