if you check the attachment from my previous email and the attachment that I have sent you earlier, (named "  Je retourzending is ontvangen door PostNL ) you can see that Post nl received my package at 10:26 (08-09-2021).  Then there are also messages from the 9th of September where post nl mentions some problems with the delivery and later on, on the 12th of September, there is a message that Post nl received my package (AGAIN).

The second time post was received by post.nlpost.nl on Sunday at 19:09 which is not possible because Dutch post doesn’t work on Sundays.

Additionally, if you click on the link of the email that says your package will be sent in 1-2 days, you can see that the tracking is redirecting you to the international website of post.nlpost.nl which is also weird: I live in Breda (the Netherlands) and send it to Tilburg which is also in the Netherlands and very close by.

У меня была похожая история с декатлоном. Только он возврат вообще не получил. Кивают с постнл друг на друга, плюс ещё оказывается отправки по antwoordnummer сканируются минимально. До сих пор так и висит в статусе «задерживается» несколько месяцев

Имхо тут только байенкорф может долбать постнл в вашем случае чтобы они начинали расследование. Но шансов мало, увы

Может в полицию ещё написать? Я вот не знаю что делать в такой ситуации когда всем насрать и никто не чешется. Полиции, правда , тоже будет насрать скорее всего
