Всем привет! Продолжение истории с агентом, если кто помнит. Я ей ответила, почти тоже самое, что мне порекомендовали, но ту часть, где указано, что я возможно и не приеду я заменила, на то, что было недопонимание и даже не представляла, что она уже ведет отсчет времени, ведь мы даже не начинали никакого поиска и никакие результаты она не представляла, ну и соответственно не было никакого контракта

That is the nature and structure of this client relocation work. Preparation for the Bank and Landlord documentation guidance, and eventual client recommendation to a landlord in support of the client's application to be considered as a reliable tenant.
There has been a breakdown in communication somewhere along the line. I had no reason to think that (name) would not pass on my details and terms to you. The 7 hours I'd logged for you, was very much an underestimate of my time.
I'm sure that you will understand, that given the considerable effort that I've invested on your behalf to date Maria, I do need to obtain some remuneration to cover my costs. When you indicated that you did wish to use my services, I had absolutely no reason to question things. I'm a professional lady, and take pride in my work.
Under the circumstances, I will accept 85 Euros for my time and efforts which I hope was of good help to you prior to your arrival in Ireland. If you wish to use my services in the future, I will be delighted to help you.

This will include extensive property search, Making representation to the agents on her behalf; A support recommendation for the landlord, when we find the property Maria would like to live in, plus service up to the lease signing stage. This charge also includes: phone; Wifi, and mileage.

Вопрос хочешь ли с ней иметь дело, когда приедешь? Если нет, то можно просто не отвечать. Вам надо было на фикс. сумму с ней договариваться. Она может супер профессиональна и реально оказывает помощь быстро и эффективно, но то что она сделала изначально (попросив оплату сейчас) - неумно. И я спросила других людей, давно живущих, все посмеялись и сказали - chancer. А неумно, потому что потерять клиента может. Так что up to you.
