Так это не заговор, а вполне себе реальность. Данные московских и подмосковных автомобилистов уже утекли на продажу 1,5 миллиона долларов хотят за них хакеры. Новости уже сообщили об этом. Люди-новая нефть.

Логика в том, что Монако фактически соединен с Францией, там большинство людей живут во Франции, а ездят в Монако на работу каждый день. Нельзя никак проконтролировать, что человек из Монако не посещал Францию. А из Сан-Марино вообще нельзя выбраться без заезда в Италию.
Так что по логике эти страны должны быть добавлены или исключены в зелёный список так же как Франция и Италия соответственно.
Плюс еще Гибралтар по правилам Испании я бы добавил.
