The Burgh Quay Registration Office operates an on line appointment booking
system. It is not possible to walk in and get registered in this office.
The booking system is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Times of
appointments are between 8am and 8pm Monday to Thursday and 8 am to 5 pm
Friday. Appointments are available for up to 7 weeks in the future. Dates
beyond that time are not available. You may wish to note that cancelled
appointments are automatically released throughout the day. We also release
additional on line appointments when the office has capacity at around
2:30pm.
PLEASE NOTE - If you register at an office outside Dublin, you do not use
this system.
How to book an appointment for Burgh Quay Registration Office
To make an appointment go to
http://burghquayregistrationoffice.inis.gov.ie/ Appointments are offered in a series of 1-hour slots each day.
Select the date and a time that suits you and make the appointment.
After you have made the appointment, you will receive a confirmation by
email. Bring a copy of this email with you on the day of your
appointment.
The confirmation email also contains a link to a list of documents you
must bring.
On the day of your appointment please arrive 10 minutes early. If you
are late, you may not be seen.
To use the new system you will need your:
Passport number (if applicable)
GNIB/IRP Card number (if you already have one)
Evidence your your residential address in Ireland
All other registration documentation remains the same.
