У кого-то есть успешный опыт отказа от повышения аренды? Нам пришел новый договор с повышением на 5,3% и как основание 3 фото с квартирами “ в нашем районе” по цене выше нашей. Правда одна из них тоже принадлежит нашей компании, но то такое. Мне же дафт показывает, что цены упали и куча квартир через дорогу от нас по цене ниже.
в 2015м году. Писали письмо агенту с таким текстом:
