Migration legislation 

Please find attached the requirements imposed on Russian citizens and reporting procedures to inform Russian migration authorities (MVD) about holding another country's citizenship/permission to permanently reside in foreign countries: 


 

The notification should be submitted: 

- within 60 days from the date of acquisition of the respective document (if this document was received by the individual while being in Russia); 

- within 30 days from the first entry into Russia (if the respective document was received by the individual while being outside of Russia).
