An Australian company is urgently looking for a Technical lead for a remotely working option from Kerala .The details are as below ;
Roles and Responsibilities
• Set up the development environment for Web Applications Including Tomcat, MySQL, Eclipse etc.
• Gather requirement around functionality and translate those requirements into functional solutions
• Design and Develop J2EE based web applications using Service Oriented FrontEnd Architecture (SOFEA) architecture
• Understand the third party service integration APIs and implement it in the Application.
• Understand security requirements such as HIPAA, PCI DSS etc and implement in the
application.
• Manage the Production and Testing environment setup and deployments.
• Prepare documentation. e.g. Design specifications, User Acceptance Test document and
participate in reviews
• Manage a Software Development team comprises of UI Developers, Full stack Developers and
Mobile Developers
• Evaluate new technologies and device platforms and provide feasibility assessments and
accurate estimates for Apps development and deployment
• Should work closely with the founders/Technology Leadership/Advisors to drive the software
development efforts and technology needs for the company
• Should ensure that the technology vision and implementation is in line with company
strategy, and provide leadership and day-to-day management to the extended technology team as time progresses
Skills & Experience Required
• Strong skill, knowledge & proficiency in J2EE Technologies
• 10+ years of experience in J2EE web application development using jQuery and REST services.
• Excellent knowledge in architecture, design and development of enterprise applications.
• Excellent knowledge in Core Java, JSP and other J2EE Technologies.
• Knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, AJAX and JavaScript
• Good experience in REST, JSON and jQuery
• Knowledge of MySQL Database, SQL and Stored Procedures
• Experience in Eclipse IDE and Apache Tomcat
• Experience in Payment Gateway Integrations.
• Design, Coding, Install, Setup and Configure the development tools/environment
independently
• Debugging, troubleshooting and deployment of patch/update and any other programming
related issues
• Experience in integrating with third party libraries, APIs.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
