2 Oracle Service Cloud -
Job Description:
- RightNow project Implementation experience/ Oracle Service Cloud applications
- Have strong experience in RightNow Integration with third party apps(Inbound/Outbound)
- Experience in Customer Portal development is a must at least two end to end Projects
- Strong knowledge of HTML and CSS
- Strong Customer portal design knowledge

3 Consultant - Marketing Cloud
• "hands-on" work experience using the Oracle Marketing Cloud (Eloqua) marketing automation platform (including creation of campaigns, segments and assets as well as integration configuration and advanced automation features)
• Proficiency with marketing automation best practices, using program builder, campaign canvas, Emails, Landing Page, Forms and lead scoring model.
• Familiarity with HTML/CSS/JavaScript/AMP Script/RPL functions
• Set up ad hoc, transactional, and nurture emails campaigns in marketing automation platform, including but not limited to loading HTML, testing content, setting up tracking URLs
• Setup user based roles and responsibilities, header, footer, signature, email subscribe, unsubscribe and bounce back.
• Collaborate with stakeholders from Demand, Field, Channel and other Marketing teams to achieve marketing sourced and influenced pipeline goals by optimizing campaign performance including open rate, click-to-open rate, and form conversions
• Coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure all business requirements are met when templates are created and enhanced
• Good to have knowledge on building independent APPs
• Experience in DMP/BlueKai
• Experience in Data Management [Both structured and unstructured data, including online look-a-like data]
• Experience in Data Collection, Data Classification, Data Analysis, Data Transfer and Scalability
• Experience with other CRM systems e.g. Oracle Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Siebel would be added advantage
