это по какой формуле вычислил?
по той что прогам которые жрут проц надо много высопроизводительных ядер а обычным хватит всего 4 ядра а если ставить болше 20 ядер 16 из которых cortex-x1 а 4 это cortex-a57 то энергопотребление все этой системы спокойно дойдет до х86 систем плюс графика
