as I said the best one is to delegate this job for your editor, so it monitors what files have been updated and re-sync them
And all this is possible only using sublime and windows 10 cmd?

deploying from git repository best way. You commit change, server pull it

I used both: phpstorm better - great support for php and Laravel , you can browse and compare files on remote servers, access remote\local db, git and etc.

Yeah I know but from GIT repository after I clone the app of my company that I need to work with i get bunch of errors and documentation to launch the app is dumb and old.. So My option is that I have a working app on a linux server that i need to make changes on. Put some new codes
