не могу понять в чем проблема

заработало?

юзаю такую строку

мейби ['pass_type_id']

не помогает

по сути то же самое делаю

Конечно скудная, потому что практически все библиотеки для лары, использующие amqp интегрируются с очередями лары.  У тебя есть внутренние очереди лары? Если да, то переопределяй метод failed() согласно документации. В противном случае следуй доке с гита пакета, там есть пример как расширить  класс RabbitMQJob, там проверяешь $this->failed, если true добавляешь своб логику.

Может кто наставит на путь истинный. Есть модель с кастом поля в JSON:

protected $casts = [
    'data' => 'json'
];

После сохранения меняется порядок объектов внутри JSON. Можно ли как-то повлиять на порядок при сохранении? Обычный json_encode порядок не меняет.

А какую проблему вы хотите решить этим ?
