RESPONSIBILITIES:- Devising strategies to drive engagement with our brands using the most effective & appropriate digital channels.
- Developing and managing digital marketing campaigns based on the agreed product strategies.
- Driving usage and best practice of ITE’s marketing automation platform, evolving and developing the platform to best fit the business’ goals and requirements, as well as taking a key role in the initial definition, deployment and roll out of the system.
- Use a range of digital techniques and channels to deliver marketing messages to core audiences including display, social media, paid-for search, SEO, programmatic and email.
- Identifying and developing new communication channels as appropriate within our core markets and industry sectors.
- Support the delivery of these campaigns through campaign planning & briefing, copywriting & editing of assets, and ensuring appropriate campaign tracking is in place.
- Managing the Russia digital campaign team – based in Moscow, ensuring all campaigns are managed effectively. According to the Brand strategy and deliver on the agreed objectives.
- Apply global blueprints and best practices on a local level.
- Monitoring and reporting all campaign results to the appropriate stakeholders, and working with these stakeholders to develop an optimise these campaigns based on the best performing strategies.
EXPERIENCE & KNOWLEDGE - Essential:- University degree or equivalent.
- B2B marketing experience.
- Experience of planning, developing and managing multi-channel digital marketing campaigns – at international and local levels.
- Excellent knowledge of using email channels for business communications.
- Strong budget management skills
- Strong understanding and interest in current online marketing concepts, strategies and best practices.
- Team management experience – preferably within a matrix structure.
- Experience of managing campaigns through marketing automation platforms (Marketo preferable).
- Experience of working with integrated CRM platforms (Salesforce or MS Dynamics preferable).
