Article 321

A fine of 90 euros to 250 euros will be fined for the offence:

driver who has residence in Montenegro and manages on the roads in Montenegro a vehicle registered in another state, except for the person stipulated in Article 286 paragraph 2 of this Law (Exceptionally, a vehicle registered in another state can be operated by a person who has residence in Montenegro, if he has an approved stay in that state for more than six months or a person who operates a rental car vehicle.).

таки шенген получается, что канает. Тоесть, те, кто живет в ЧГ на основании боравка, должны для иностранных таблиц быть с долговременной визой той страны

Article 176

A motor vehicle in traffic on the road can be independently operated by a person who has a valid driver's license, foreign driver's license or international driver's license with a foreign driver's license to operate the vehicle of the category he operates.

A foreigner who has been granted temporary or permanent residency in Montenegro, i.e. international or temporary protection, a foreigner who comprises staff of a foreign trade, transport, cultural or other office and foreign correspondence, as well as a Montenegrin citizen who returns from another country to Montenegro to stay in it permanently, on the basis of a foreign driver's license, to operate a motor vehicle, i.e. a set of vehicles for six months from the day of entry.

Вот тут я не сильно понял перевод терминов, но что-то про полгода право управлять от момента улазка в ЧГ. Возможно визаран это все постоянно обнуляет, вцелом про регистрацию и так же про авто. Но это компетенции разных органов, вот копы и балуются

пока я так и не нашел ни про ТО через пол-года ни про легальность граничной осигураньи для иностранных таблиц, ни про смену номеров. Отсутствие таких пунктов это уже хорошо.
