Да, Пейпал с нами не работает, а зарубежным клиентам и офшорным компаниям невыгодно платить на ФОПы прямым переводом, если заказы небольшие.

Пионеровские предоплаченные. Если деньги выводишь с аккаунта Пионера, то все ок. Если были деньги на картах, то они сейчас заморожены на неопределенный срок

Да, точно, так корректнее. Заморозили все бабло по картам, потому что обанкротилась компания, выпускающая карты.
Нее, карты же прекратили работать в России. Об этом предупреждали заблаговременно и пионер и апворк. Из-за регуляций со стороны России
