Жиза, я сразу отказался когда за 5к увидел что там  должен быть функционал полноценной фриланс биржи, с смсками и всякими фитчами, хотя изначально надо было только натянуть вёрстку и сделать регистрацию (краткое тз такое)
Изначально цена была также 5000, но для Артема она была предложена за 10000. Если задание больше, цена тоже больше.

I understand. Before starting to work, every developer should understand the work and quote their price accordingly. But if an agreement is made and project has commenced, there should be no new demand to tasks and price.

Thats fine, you are free to convince yourself by writing anything. Once a project is accepted and is incomplete, credibility is always in question. Thats the bottom line of the story.
