About the Role
Participate in the full project management lifecycle and ensure project deliverables are met, including budget and schedule planning, risk management activities, project execution and controlling, risk management activities and closing processes. Bring in your business change, technology and transformation expertise along with broader consulting skills to:
🎯Analyze business requirements
🎯Define project scope
🎯Conduct project cost estimation
🎯Responsible for project planning and scheduling
🎯Ensure adherence to established project governance framework, successfully combining Agile and Waterfall approaches
🎯Work in a distributed team
🎯Directly communicate with customers
👨🏻💻👩🏼💻About You
Overall your experience should be around +2 years contributing within large scale projects, ideally applying balanced mix of traditional and agile methodologies with a “digital product and technology enabled” focus.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant area, preferably in economics, (business) informatics, (business) engineering
• At least 2 years of successful industry experience, ideally from a consulting firm and/or within an industry player
• Knowledge of software development lifecycle
• Hands-on experience and expertise in project management methodologies
• Attention to detail and ability to see “the big picture”
• Keeping balance between customer orientation as a key priority and product development needs
• Strong analytical and presentation skills
• Ability and willingness to take responsibility
• Collaborative team player mindset
• Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
