i want install gcam with night mode ( trying 1by1), first " app not installed " i try to uninstall mu default camera and install gcam from adb but " failed to install app ....... "

@Saks_Ham 20 min ago flashed the update , get to boot animation and stuck. it have been 20 min , for me in any rom first boot was 5-10 min maximum , i should wait more or need to do something ?
