Где base_log_folder в airflow.cfg укажите, там и будет

Не могу понять, почему даг запускается, но сам питоновский файл не выполняется. Помогите, пожалуйста, разобраться в причинах.
Как вы его запускаете?

airflow trigger_dagDS
и дальше у него становится статус running и все

It sounds like you're asking about default mysql database for airflow, not about Airflow itself

Yes I'm going to use MySQL server to store metadata of Airflow. And explicit flag of SQL Server should be turn on to initialize Airflow database. But I have other databases as well in that server that will affect if I turn the flag to on. That's the issue.

Mmm... If this is desturbing you... Then you can use PostgreSQL, because, as you see, no one can help you here )
