I am looking for an experienced digital UX/UI Developer. The project is a clone of sites like Upwork that has a very unique twist. That being that the site is made for submissive men to perform virtual tasks for dominant women. This adds a lot of interesting elements to the platform. Submissive men are looking to gain status on the platform for both the number and difficulty of the tasks performed. The right candidate for the project will have a strong understanding of in app gamification and the idea of user roles/status within an application.
I am a Senior Experienced Product Developer and Technology Start-up CEO and you would be reporting directly to me on this project, which I will be very hands on with. I work for myself and have a small team of talented developers who will build the platform. I would like the prototype to be developed in Invision.com or a similar prototyping software.
Brief Details:
Please note the words Job and Task are used interchangeably in the below. Dominant women will be referred to as “Taskers” and Submissive men will be referred to as “Doers”
Tasker Side- this is for women to create specific tasks that they can then invite people to work on / complete for.
Doer Side - this is for men to subscribe to the site, create a profile and then complete specific tasks/jobs assigned to them by a tasker. As they complete their assigned tasks/jobs they will increase their status within the platform. They will have the ability to receive gifts for completing their allocated tasks. There is a second class of Doers which is called a “managing Doer” this is someone that a Tasker has selected to help streamline the process of getting their tasks into the system. Each Tasker can only have one “MAnaging Doer” but is not required to.
Video - The ability to upload videos will be reserved to Taskers. They can either fill out a job description and then attach a video, or they can assign the video to a “Managing Doer” who will use the video to fill out a task description and then attach it.
Messaging - It is important that messaging is tied specifically to tasks. No Tasker or Doer can message anyone on the platform unless they are linked through a job that the tasker has requested and the Doer has responded to. All messaging must also be initiated by a tasker and can only then be responded to by a Doer.
Profile Page - Both sides of the platform need to have an image library tied to individual persons accounts. Each job created will need to have the functionality to upload an image and/or video.
Status:
Tasker Status- There will be different Tiers of Taskers, tasker status is assigned upon sign up. Status will be determined by things like Instagram and other SM followings. The purpose of this is to create a Teir of Tasker that can only be served by a certain level of Doer.
Doer Status - Doers will all start at the same status level and then increase their status based on the volume and difficulty of tasks performed. As the Doer achieves more points/status on the platform he will see his avatar level up to higher and higher levels. In addition to points based status there will be badges which can be assigned by the platform or by individual Taskers that the Doer can receive for specific achievements. These Badges will be displayed on the Doers profile page In addition to getting points for tasks completed there will be other metrics associated to how well the task was completed and how many different people they have completed tasks for. This would include comments and ratings upon completion of specific tasks
Sign-up / registration
Tasker - Taskers can only sign up through an official Instagram or Twitter account to verify identity and for security purposes.
Platform side B - People can sign in via Facebook but also with the option to sign up anonymously i.e. under a handle pseudonym. They will need to verify their email on sign up.
