Такая большая проблема найти работу (любую)
1. Ходишь на собеседования
2. Видишь свои слабые стороны
3. Подтягиваешь их за условные полгода
4. Ходишь снова
Повторять пока не будет желанной работы. Я так всю жизнь делаю, в Rust работе недостачи не чувствую.
А ныть-флудить в чатик это только себе мешать работу найти (любой кто читает вас тут - не захочет видеть вас в своей команде).
