Have you taken time, any time to actually learn some things about American voting system? Yes, it mostly went fine due to high public trust, but technically, it’s ridden with security holes. Only maybe 10 states require a proper mandatory photo-supplied voting ID, to start with. There’s no way it can be inherently safe.
No honestly I haven’t searched for it in details but I believe that its impossible and the result is reasonable

In the US there are courts and many justice facilities, they can refer to them and everything will be clear
