I just had to Google that Python list comprehension is called list comprehension to give an example. Python is my main programming language at work and I use it daily and have several years of experience. I can apply this thing miraculously but have to think long and hard every time when I have to remember a name for it

In context of learning English, I’m pretty good at grammar but straight away don’t remember the proper numbering for conditionals. And also this is not just for foreign languages, in Russian, I’m damned if I remember what half of things in my kitchen are called
