По поводу CJ уточню, я подавал заявку, предоставив данные по сайту, и спросу на товар.
На что получил ответ:

From the results, I would recommend for you either US market or world account. CJ.com is the largest affiliate company in the world currently and VIVnetworks is exclusive partner for CEE region and clients in this area. However, we have access to all affiliate partners and publishers which are nearly 1M of publishers. US is the largest market currently in the network.
The initial licence fee for CJ to get access is 2,000 USD for US account or we can do whole world licence for 3,000 EUR.
These offers above are a bundle, otherwise western European countries are each 1,000 EUR and CEE countries are 500 EUR each.
If these are OK, we can proceed with a draft of contract and what is needed technically to open the account in CJ.com

the licence fee includes full access to CJ.com, visibility of the reporting and all data - where your traffic comes from etc. Furthermore, depending on the licence size, possibility to contact affiliates in the region and communicate with them to promote your program on their website. You also get full support of our team helping with implementation and making tracking pixels and product feed plus afterwards testing if everything works correctly. Moreover, we will promote your program in the network via affiliate manager that will be in charge of your program and acquire first partners for you.
Lastly, we will show you and train you over conference call how to work in CJ.com - usually 1hour call.
